Meet The FirstBible Staff & Representatives

DR. CHARLES KEEN, General Director

During 35 years as Pastor, Dr. Keen led First Baptist Church of Milford, Ohio to become one of the premier missions churches in America. Over 50 families were sent to the foreign field. Dr. Keen’s mission burden later expanded to include the founding of FirstBible International to target the unreached people groups of the world. Dr. Keen oversees the ministry of FirstBible and is the Editor of the Unpublished WORD Journal.

KEN FIELDER, Executive Director

After 13 years as Pastor of Westside Baptist Church in Mansfield, Ohio, Bro. Fielder joined the staff in June, 2006. He assists Dr. Keen in the overall direction of FirstBible as well as the management of the home offices in Murfreesboro, Tennessee and is the Assistant Editor of the Unpublished WORD Journal.

MARK BROWN, Mid-South Representative & Spanish Director

After 17 years of pastoral ministry and 9 years as a missionary in Mexico, Bro. Brown joined the ministry in January, 2004. He is assisting in the development of FBI of Mexico and the publishing of the Unpublished Word Journal in Spanish.

KEN FRALEY, Florida Representative

After several years as Pastor, Bro. Fraley retired and joined the staff of FirstBible in March 2009.

NEAL HENDRIGSMAN, Midwest Representative

Bro. Hendrigsman joined the staff of FirstBible in August 2009. He has served as a Pastor for 15 years, missionary to Mexico for 8 years and has spent the last 16 years in the work of Scripture publishing.

WAYNE HOLDER, Translation Projects Coordinator

After 37 years of pastoral ministry including several years of involvement in Scripture printing, Bro. Holder joined FirstBible in January, 2007. He coordinates FirstBible’s translation projects.

ERIC LEE, Southeastern Representative

Bro. Lee joined FBI in January, 2005 and serves through FirstBible of Florida under the leadership of Pastor Shane Skelton.
